Group Class Schedule Beginner Dance and Pole Mondays 9:30-10:30 a.m. Emphasis is on developing pole and dance moves and style while keeping at least one foot on the ground at all times. We will also be working on strengthening the specific muscle groups that will allow students to progress to the next level. Intermediate Dance and Pole Thursdays 10:00-11:00 a.m. We will continue to practice pole and dance from the beginner class while adding aerial (both feet off the floor) tricks on the pole. At this level, strengthening exercises will be more challenging to allow students to progress to the next level. Advanced Dance and Pole Fridays 9:30-10:30 a.m. Once students have developed the strength and skills necessary, we will work on inversions and combination aerial spins. This workout will be strenuous and exercises will be added that help prevent overuse injuries. Private Lessons, Parties, and Workshops If the above options are not exactly what you're looking for, you can opt for a custom class. They are by appointment only, and can be for individuals or small groups, or a private party or workshop for a large group. Making the Moves: Private Pole and Dance Classes can be built on relaxation, strenuous pole tricks, or anything in between. It will be up to you, and if you want ongoing lessons, we can tweak and adjust over time. Click here for more information on private classes.
